Spencer came to pick us up from the ferry and along the way shared places to eat and told us a little about St. John. Upon arrival to the lot, our car was clean and ready to go. We had no issues with the steep roads and our CRV got us where we needed to be. We will definitely rent from G and S on return visits to St. John

Spencer (owner) is a true believer of customer service. We went to SJ not thinking we’d want a car rental but that quickly changed upon arriving. Only problem is it was peak season and every single shop was sold-out… but not C&S Rental. We enjoyed two very nice cars in great (Highlander and Jeep). Note there is no office on SJ as these are delivered from St Thomas. Pickup/Drop off location is at the lumber yard right next to the traffic circle at Cruz Bay. He was kind enough to take me back to the ferry after dropping off too. Great service!

We had a great experience with G&S. Great communication before and during the rental and Spencer, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He met us at the Cruz Bay ferry and took us back there too. Car was a brand new Honda. Would highly recommend renting from G&S! (Also don't miss the Roti King food truck in the adjacent parking lot in the red school bus!)
