Yes, our free pick-up service is available at Cruz bay Dock during normal business hours. To schedule your pick up time or make additional arrangements, please call our local rental office directly. Once picked up and back at the office, a friendly rental representative will complete your paper work and have you on the road in no time. Please note: Our rental offices are happy to pick you up, but they do not deliver vehicles. Can you guarantee the pick-up? In order to guarantee a pick-up time with our local office, you must confirm your rental with the office at least two hours in advance. Due to no-shows, our local rental offices can only schedule confirmed pickups.

Full payment is required to rent a vehicle from G&S Auto. In the event of a cancellation, 40% of reservation total is NON REFUNDABLE and 60% is refunded back to the client.

If you have already picked up your vehicle and wish to keep it longer; you must contact our local office for any modifications. If you have not picked up your vehicle you can contact 340-473-1890 or SPENCER3561@AOL.COM , modify, or cancel your reservation. 

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Customers may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the vehicle return. If a customer chooses not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, they will be charged the local gas rate plus surcharge of $75

No Pets Allowed in Vehicles unless it’s a service dog

Smoking is PROHIBITED in the vehicle. Customers who return the vehicle with signs of and/or smell of smoke will be charged $150.00.

Of course, each additional Drivers is $25 per day. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver: have a valid drivers license, meet our minimum age requirement with a clean driving record. all renters possessing a foreign drivers license will be required to purchase a Virgin Island Temporary Drivers License. The Temporary License is good for 30 days at a cost of $25.00.

Returning a Sandy vehicle is $250 Returning a vehicle with Sun tan lotion Smear $250. Food and Spilled Drinks $275 Late vehicle $75 for each hour over the agreed return time.

Valid insurance is mandatory when renting any of our vehicles. We provide extended insurance coverage for an additional fee, however you can use your own insurance if it covers you in US Virgin Islands.
